Database Management System (DBMS) and DB design for non computer scientists

This course is for non computer scientists. We present the lifecycle of a software project with databases. Different steps are detailed :

·        The design of such a software project and notably how to design a database following some principles of the MERISE methodology.

·        How to implement a database

·        How to query a database with a language like SQL

·        Many exercices are done with a computer
