    These pages are devoted to provide information about the 2nd year of the master degree in Statistics (Stochastic tools and Computational Methods for Decision). This part of the master program is taught in English and brings together two different public:
    • Students already enrolled in the first year of the master degree (students speaking both French and English);
    • International students getting enrolled directly in the second year of the master degree (not necessarily French speaking students).
    For international students, they have to apply through the E2S UPPA platform.

    Beside general information, you will find also two more specific topics: entrepreneurship and apprenticeship.

    Students enrolled in any master degree can participate to an intensive project on entrepreneurship, in order to learn more about this particular way for a professional perspective. Despite it is open to all students (including international students), information is, up to now, only available in French.

    Apprenticeship (i.e. a pedagogical format in which students alternate periods at the university and periods in a private or public company) is possible for students already living in France in the year prior to the new academic year or for European citizens. Some specific information (in French) about it is provided thus only for students already involved in the first year of this master students. For other students who are eligible to apprenticeship, please contact the head of the 2nd year of this master degree. Students who are not involved in apprenticeship will work a project while the other students are working in the company.
