This course aims at providing students with indirect techniques for the characterization of textural properties of micro- and macroporous materials by intrusion mercury porosimetry.
At the end of the course, the students will be able to :
- use a commercial mercury intrusion porosimeter (Micromeritics - Autopore IV),
- determine the porosity,
- determine the Pore Size Distribution.
